This policy explains what information the PROTOCOL website receives and how we use it.

What this site is

This is the marketing website for PROTOCOL. It does not provide resident accounts or gate access.

What we receive

We receive the details you type into the contact form, such as your name, email address, company, role, property type, and message, and the email address you enter in the newsletter field. We also record the language you were browsing in. Our servers keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. The forms on this site are for inquiries only. They are not part of a resident product.

What we do with it

We use contact details to reply to your inquiry, and newsletter addresses to send PROTOCOL updates. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored with Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Contact messages are also delivered to our team inbox by email. Only the PROTOCOL team can access them.

Unsubscribing and deletion

To unsubscribe from updates, or to ask us to delete the details you sent through this site, email us at the address below. We will confirm once it is done.
